Qidong Jade No.1 Lighting Project, Jiangsu
Release Date:2026-07-15
Qidong Jade No.1 in Jiangsu is a high-end residential real estate project. This lighting project covers the building facades, main community entrance, central landscape belt and night-time public areas of the whole complex, with a total construction area of about 21,000 square meters. It aims to build a benchmark nightscape for high-quality residential communities in the area through professional night scene lighting design.
Centered on the core theme of "River & Tide Resonance, Jade Glowing Radiance", the design concept integrates Qidong’s regional feature of being adjacent to rivers and the sea, matching the high-end positioning of the project. A hierarchical lighting layout is adopted: the main entrance highlights brand identity and ceremonial sense; LED linear lights outline the roof contours of buildings to emphasize architectural lines; atmospheric recessed ground lights and garden lamps are deployed at landscape nodes to create layered light effects. Meanwhile, light pollution is strictly controlled, and all energy-saving LED lamps are selected for the project.
Three major effects are expected to be achieved through this lighting project: First, to boost the project’s night recognition and brand exposure, facilitating real estate sales and promotion. Second, to provide residents with a safe and comfortable night travel environment and improve the livability of the community. Third, to integrate the community into the urban night landscape system and build a model nightscape demonstration of residential districts in downtown Qidong, balancing aesthetic performance with energy conservation and environmental protection.
